Description: You are invited to participate in the REL Central webinar Diversifying and Widening the Teacher Pipeline with Grow Your Own Programs. This webinar will present an overview of current research on Grow Your Own programs that help to address educator shortages, retention, and diversity. The presenters will share examples of current evidence-based Grow Your Own programs (the Teacher Cadet Program of Colorado and the EdX Intern Program) in the REL Central region.

Audience: The webinar is intended for state education agency and local education agency personnel, higher education faculty and staff, other educators, students, and community members who want to increase their understanding of Grow Your Own programs and look for ways to implement such programs within their states, districts, or communities.
