Description: Participants will reflect on feelings of inclusion and belonging at their school and consider the district’s broader diversity, equity, and inclusion goals to orient their learning towards goals for change. Participants will also learn about the importance of building student sense of belonging and how student-focused practices can improve student connection to school.
