REL Northwest provided Rural Alliance partners with a shared high-quality online learning experience, deepened their understanding of the evidence base related to online/blended learning, and started the work of applying this knowledge to their specific contexts. The Rural Alliance is a rural education leadership collaborative supporting birth through post-secondary outcomes for Washington's rural students.
