Lower Kuskokwim School District Teacher Working Conditions Meeting 7

In the seventh working session, REL northwest will continue to guide partners from Lower Kuskokwim School District (LKSD) to strengthen working conditions with the goal of improving teacher retention. REL Northwest will guide LKSD partners through a root cause analysis for a new working condition, community engagement, which was identified in earlier meetings. After reviewing relevant research, LKSD partners will identify root causes of challenges related to working conditions in the district.
