Assessing Oregon’s Early Literacy Grants Session 5: Create a Plan for Data Collection Instruments and Processes

REL Northwest will continue to work with the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) to identify and meet goals of the Early Literacy Success School District Grant program. In this session, REL Northwest will review survey best practices and support district partners’ development of high-quality survey questions. Partners will also modify grant reporting questions that will generate the data required to answer evaluation questions developed in Session 2.
