In the seventh working session between REL Northwest and the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), partners will continue developing the English Language Arts Standards Review Survey as a step toward developing an evidence-based literacy framework for the state. REL Northwest and OSPI partners will finalize the survey administration plan by ensuring the evaluation questions, survey, and survey administration plan are complete and coherent.
