Lower Kuskokwim School District Teacher Working Conditions Meeting 8

In the eighth working session, REL Northwest will continue to guide partners from Lower Kuskokwim School District (LKSD) to strengthen working conditions with the goal of improving teacher retention. Using the root cause analysis conducted in Meeting 7, REL Northwest will guide LKSD partners in developing a theory of action to describe actions that will address community engagement challenges. Next, partners will develop a set of strategies to address the working condition root cause hypotheses, develop a sequence for implementing the strategies, and describe the outcomes they expect.
