This video series provides insight from Pacific region education leaders on the topics of data culture, data integrity, and data quality. The themes and resources presented in these videos were the focus of discussions in the Pacific Data Culture Community of Practice facilitated by REL Pacific in 2023.

Data Culture (Video 1)

Data culture describes the collective behaviors and beliefs of educators who value, practice, and encourage the use of data to improve decision-making. This video shares elements of a healthy data culture and interviews with education leaders who share their perspectives on data culture in the region.

Data Quality (Video 3)

Data quality refers to the accuracy, validity, reliability, timeliness, cost-efficiency, and utility of data. Quality data are essential for educators who are focused on and promote data-driven decision making. This video shares interviews with leaders who discuss examples of quality data in their education systems.
