Increasing Capacity to Implement District-Level Teacher Retention Practices Phase 1, Session 2

On August 8, 2023, REL West met with partners at Maricopa County School District (MCSD) for session 2 of the Increasing Capacity to Implement District-Level Teacher Retention Partnership. During this session, participants analyzed data MCSS collected through the Stay Interview strategy practice inventory and identified patterns or themes from data summaries that can guide Stay Interview strategy revisions.
